I have known “You look good, you feel good!” for a long time. What I did not fully understand was the impact it has on other people. I was wearing a lustrous, gleaming and colourful pearl necklace in December 2018 at Tiong Bahru food court (Singapore), ready to get out of the lift. When the lift door opened up, an incoming female stranger exclaimed “so pretty”, followed by a broad smile beaming on her face. With that incident inscribed on my mind, I understand now the power of blessing other people with beautiful jewellery, just the awesome sight is good enough. The jewellery designers and vendors have been blessed with their sales, the buyers happy with their purchases and many onlookers, are also blessed with sight of the exquisite jewellery display.
