1.  How quickly will my order be processed?

     Answer: Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.

2.  Which shipping services do you use?

     Answer: The Australian Post and and FedEx are available.  Customers can

     select their choice of shipping.

3.  How long will shipment arrived?

     Answer: The shipping time is dependent on Shipper and type of services that

     you select, from 2 days to 7 days.

4.  Are there additional taxes, tariffs or duties to be paid for destinations

     outside of Australia?

Answer: The customers will be responsible for additional customs fees at the     time of delivery.  Check out the customs duty calculator to give an indication of the fees to expect.

5.  What is your payment mode?

     Answer: We use PayPal which provides excellent buyer protection. 

     Major credit cards are accepted.

6.  Can you locate a specific product which for me?

     Answer: Please write to us via CONTACT US. 

7.  What are the perks available beside promotions?

     To thank our loyal customers, on annual basis, every US$500 spent by a

     registered customer,  a US$10 Coupon will be issued.  The $10 Coupon is

     redeemable for online products only, to be used within one year after issue.   

8.  How many products do your carry?  

     We carry few thousands of products in store.  Our online store programme

     will be rolled out in 7 phases.  First phase is now completed.  The 2nd to 6th

     phases will focus on Top   100 each of the 5 categories of products.  In

     Phase 7, all the remaining products will be listed online.  We will keep our

     customers posted once Phase 7 is completed.  So keep browsing, let us
